Sankara Nethralaya has been adjudged the best in the Ophthalmology category at the CII TN Healthcare Excellence Honours 2026.

The honour was conferred at the sixth edition of MedClave, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Tamil Nadu, on October 24, 2026, at Feathers Hotel in Chennai. Dr. K. G. Arunraj, Tamil Nadu Minister for Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, was invited to preside over the event and present the honours.

The event brought together dignitaries and leaders from the state’s healthcare sector to recognise excellence and achievements in healthcare delivery.
