Dr. H N Madhavan, Director of Research, arranged for a Pooja on the Vijayadasami Day, the 9th October 2008, for invoking the grace of God for the success of all our activities in the new building. The function was held in the first floor.
Dr. S.S.Badrinath, Dr. Vasanthi Badrinath, Dr. Lingam Gopal, Dr. T.S.Surendran, Col. Raghavan and Ms. Akila Ganesan, apart from the Head of Departments and the staff of Vision Research Foundation, participated in the pooja.
That day, being very auspicious, all the staff including the Head of Departments entered their departments in their respective floors.
Dr. HNM started functioning in his office from the vijayadasami day onwards in the first floor.
VRF Manager and VRF office also shifted to the first floor of the new building.
The Chief congratulated Dr. HNM and invoked the divine grace for success in all our research work in various specialities. Dr. LG and others also spoke thanking the Chief for the new facilities in the new building provided for the research work of Vision Research Foundation.
