Stress Management Programme was held in Sankara Nethralaya for two days in four batches as planned. This was conducted by the Chennai Branch of Brahma Kumaris. Almost 70 executives attended and the delivery of the lecture was greatly appreciated by all the participants. Raj Yoga Meditation, which is a method of relaxing, refreshing and clearing the mind and heart, was conducted for each batch. Sister B K Neelima and Sister B K Ranjani conducted this programme. They taught a practical method which would help individuals understand their inner strengths and value. The equation of stress given by them was external pressure by inner strength. Since we do not have control over external pressure, tips to increase inner strength were explained.
