An impactful study on the development of therapeutic molecules in inhibiting proliferative diabetic retinopathy wins high recognition

We take great pride in sharing that Ms S.Vidhya from the R.S. Mehta Jain Department of Bio-Chemistry& Cell Biology has successfully defended her thesis paper titled ‘Understanding the role of adiponectin in pdr; design and development of therapeutic molecules’ in the final Ph.D viva voce conducted on 25th July 2016 at the BITS Pilani, Hyderabad campus. She was ably assisted in her doctoral work by her guide Prof K.N. Sulochana and Co-guide Suman Kapur from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad. Let us all congratulate Dr.Vidhya on this critical contribution towards the treatment of PDR and wish her great success in all her research and professional endeavours in the future.
