Testimonials from students of – 8th Batch of Certificate Course in Hospital Management:
Sir
Upon successful completion of the CCHM course I would like to place on record my sincere and profound appreciation of the same.
Having attended similar programmes in the U.K. and having worked for many years in healthcare, I was already familiar with different facets of hospital administration. The objective of my participation in this course was 2-fold: to have a glimpse into the acclaimed organizational and operational establishment in this premier institution of India as well as to acquaint myself with the challenges particular to the Indian context of healthcare management. Both these objectives were successfully accomplished at the end of the 12-week period.
The content and lay-out of the course was well-planned and executed as per the schedule. While there is always room for improvement, overall the content and presentations were of superior quality. The highly accomplished faculty gave us sufficient exposure to the topics in their domain as is relevant for such a basic certification.
A notable highlight was undoubtedly the meticulous and precise planning and execution of the course in its entirety –be it the profiles of each faculty member, the simple and timely communications, the content of each subject as covered by the facilitator, the co-ordination of the photo shoots, the refreshments during the break or the fitting finale – each task bears testimony to the organizational team’s attention to detail and hard work to make this a successful programme. Many lessons on perfect co-ordination in event management have been learnt from Mr Mahalingam. The venue of the sessions was neat and comfortable and always kept in readiness with all facilities checked, prior to the start of each session.
Lastly I pay my profound respects to the noble vision and exemplary efforts of the Dr S S Badrinath – Founder & Chairman Emeritus and his dedicated team at Sankara Nethralaya & SN Academy in the creation and sustenance of this great institution and its ideals.
I wish all those involved in this noble cause of serving humanity all success and happiness in future endeavours.
