Ophthalmic Nursing & Medical Lab Technology

Sankara Nethralaya and its Medical Research Foundation are inviting applications from successful Plus Two candidates for two courses: Diploma in Ophthalmic Nursing, and B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology.

The Opthalmic Nursing diploma course will enable students to gain skills and knowledge that will find them jobs attending to the eye care of patients in the ward, operation theatre and ICU. The bare minimum qualification is a pass in Plus Two (Central of State board), with high marks in Biology/Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Students who are between 17 – 20 years as on May 1, 2011 can apply.
