Mr Hari Subramaniam of Cognizant technologies delivered an interesting lecture on “Bust your BP, weight and stress – secrets of mixing yoga and fitness”. He spoke about holistic health in terms of diet, exercise and meditation to bring down the stress levels.

Titan Industries Limited has a tie-up with Sankara Nethralaya, wherein Sankara Nethralaya trains the optical store personnel for Titan Eye+, the optical division of Titan Industries Limited.
